Watched Movie Hidden Figures

Beautiful story about three black mathematicians working in NASA during segregation strife in 60's. Very uplifting! The main character is Katherine Goble (look up!) who calculated trajectories of early space flights by hand. She is 100 years old and still living.

Inversion in the yield curve

This is something I recently learned. Stocks, bonds, and interest rates are all closely related and one has to know all three even if the investing happens only in stocks. The gap between the 3-month and 10-year yields vanished on Friday as a surge of buying pushed long-end rates sharply lower. Inversion is widely considered a reliable harbinger of recession in the U.S. The 10-year slipped to as low as 2.439 percent.

Friday March 22, 2019 Event

I don't like to post this but if I don't I will not remember. I took Sheree's yoga class at 9 AM and it was very hot and very hard. When I came home I had no appetite and felt very cold. I just covered myself with multiple blankets and slept. I was shivering and felt feverish. I had a dental appointment in the afternoon which I somehow managed. All I did returning home was just go back to bed at 4PM. Slept till Saturday morning and couldn't go for 8 AM Leo's yoga class. But, I managed to go for 10 AM class at which time I felt 98% better. Whatever little I had eaten was not getting digested and I felt bloated. I always have perfect bowel movement but it was impacted. I felt my gut bacteria was damaged and had the job of restoring it. I felt fine on Sunday but still bowel was a little odd. On monday, I seem to have returned to normal though I am a little weaker. What caused this sudden change in my health I don't know.
